Where we work

Austin and the growing cities around it.

We keep our footprint tight so our crews are on your street rather than on the highway. Several of the places we work are separate cities with their own building departments, which changes how a project gets permitted.

Eight cities we serve first.

These are the places our crews are in week to week: Austin, Leander, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Kyle and Taylor. Knowing a city well means knowing its building department, and that is usually the difference between a schedule that holds and one that slips.

Check your area.

Choose the city or neighborhood your home is in, and we will tell you straight away whether it sits inside our service area.

Pick an area above to see whether we serve it.

Austin

City of Austin Development Services

Our home base, and the bulk of our work. Central Austin housing stock runs from 1930s cottages to 1970s ranches, so remodels here often involve foundations, panels and supply lines as well as finishes.

Travis County

Round Rock

City of Round Rock

A mix of 1980s and 1990s subdivisions and newer construction. Kitchen and primary bath rebuilds, plus covered patios and outdoor kitchens, make up most of what we are asked for here.

Williamson County

Cedar Park

City of Cedar Park

Largely late 1990s through 2010s homes on tidy lots. Popular work includes opening the kitchen to the family room, primary suite rebuilds and patio covers sized for summer shade.

Williamson County

Leander

City of Leander

One of the fastest growing cities in the region, so most homes are newer. That usually means finish upgrades, built-ins, flooring, outdoor living and roofing rather than structural work.

Williamson County

Georgetown

City of Georgetown

Newer subdivisions to the west and a genuinely historic core near the square. Work inside the historic overlay carries extra design review, and we flag that at consultation rather than during permitting.

Williamson County

Pflugerville

City of Pflugerville

Mostly 1990s onward tract housing with repeatable floor plans. Kitchens, baths, flooring and patio covers are the common requests, and repeat plans let us schedule tightly.

Travis County

Kyle

City of Kyle

A growing south corridor city. Expect newer homes, straightforward interior remodels, and outdoor living projects where shade and drainage matter as much as the finish.

Hays County

Taylor

City of Taylor

Older stock around the downtown grid alongside new development on the edges. Interior rebuilds, roofing and systems upgrades on early twentieth century homes are common here.

Williamson County

Austin neighborhoods we know well.

We also work here.

If your neighborhood is not listed, ask. We take projects just outside this map case by case, and we will tell you quickly if the distance makes us the wrong choice.
