Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer, or a price commitment. Every project is priced individually after a site visit, once the scope, selections, existing conditions, and access are understood. Written proposals are valid only for the period stated on the proposal itself, and allowances, selections, and site conditions can change the final figure.
What we supply
The services, inclusions, materials, and finishes described here are illustrative of the kind of work we take on. The precise scope of supply for any project, including what is carried out by us and what is carried out by others, is defined solely by the signed contract and its accompanying scope documents.
Promises and warranty
Our workmanship warranty covers labor for 12 months from substantial completion, on the terms set out in the contract. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided by the manufacturer. We do not give any estimated duration for a project on this website, because location, scale, permitting, and existing conditions decide the pace. Scheduling and approvals by third parties, including municipal authorities and utility providers, are outside our control.
